Update - Courtesy of the esrtwhile Ockham - a version with working lights!
He's separated out the mats for all the LED's, and rigged the PP2 with animated materials.
Using a python script (which he's also kindly included) the Data lights move in a constant pattern,
and randomly change the Address lights once per frame.
