The questions here are ones I've been asked before, so you might find the answer you need here.

How do I buy stuff here?
Easily! Find the items you'd like to buy, click the buy it now button and follow the instructions.
Or add it to the cart, and when your ready, click checkout.
During the paypal process you'll see the name "firstname.lastname@example.org" on the payment page.
Don't worry, thats me, the verified and authorised payment processor for the store.
Once the PayPal process is completed, PayPal tells this site you've ordered and the site automatically sends out an email with a link
When the email arrives, Click on the link to download the file. If your email system doesn't allow clickable links, copy and paste the link into a web browser.
What happens if I don't get an email with links?
The email should arrive with a few minutes of your order, if it hasn't arrived within 5-10 minutes, contact me via
email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you new links.
How long do orders take if it's mannually processed ?
Usually very quickly, even American or Australian orders will arrive in under 24 hours.
Why did I get 2 or 3 emails with links on mannually processed orders ?
If I see your host is blocking mails, I'll send from some alternate addresses to ensure you always get your stuff.
Wby did I get new links without asking?
If I think there might be a problem, I'll always send the links mannually.
Usually it turns out theres no issue, but I like to make sure!
What causes missing emails?
There are 2 main issues:
Anti-spam filters (especially on webmail) so please check your spam folder.
RocketMail, Hotmail and Comcast are the worst offenders. Gmail and Yahoo rarely have problems.
The 2nd is PayPal related. With E-Cheques, and some debit/credit cards, Paypal will flag the transaction as 'pending' and doesn't send out the technical information needed by the store. If the shop doesn't receive the order, it can't send anything.
Can I avoid these problems ?
For the first issue, this problem is outside of anyones control. Though whitelisting/adding to your address book the two email addresses above can sometimes help. The 2nd is PayPal being security safe and I can't change that.
Do other stores have these problems?
Yep, all stores have this problem. I'm just more open about it.
I can't use PayPal - can I pay in other ways?
Yep, in the past I've accepted cash in the post, daz and rendo Gift Vouchers.
But I can't accept payments other online payment systems. Especially no non-UK cheques because the government thinks everyone is a bad guy.
Why is some stuff here sold at other stores at different prices?
I belive in customer choice, so I sell stuff at various places.
As different stores have different seller rates, and might charge for things like banner ads, prices at other stores can reflect that. Plus any purchases you make here show your support directly for an artist.

My dog ate my hard drive can I get another download?
Sure, it's free and will remain free forever. This site will never charge for a duplicate download.
Just tell me what you purchased, what email address you used and I'll send you another download link.
Sending a copy of the Paypal transaction is always helpfull.
I asked a question in another sites forum, why haven't you replied?
While I frequent lots of places, it's imposible to cover all the forums. For the quickest response, it's best to contact me directly.
Who provides support?
I provide help with the store and my products, but the creator of a product provides support for their stuff.
That's because they are the experts and will know more about a product than I ever can.
What's the deal on refunds?
I look at each situation individually. For example broken stuff would be an automatic refund.
But I wouldn't automatically give a refund if you bought something for Vue and it didn't work in Poser, that's because each product is carefully labelled, so please check what version before hitting the pay now button.
Can I phone you for support?
Nope. Purely because most customers live in the US or Canada and theres some pretty big time differences.
I bought poser, but don't know how to use it, can you teach me?
I'll try to help if possible, but the best way to learn is to get hands on and theres also plenty of advice at community sites like daz and rendo.

What's the stores Data Protection Policy?
The store doesn't hold any personal data, the only information it has is your email address and what you purchased.
I also hate spam as well, and value online privacy, so I won't sell or share your address with anyone.
I've found a copyright/trademark infringement in an image/product, or seen your products on warez sites, what should I do?
Please contact me.
I got one of your models from a naughty site, used it and now I'm serious trouble at another site. They are saying they'll delete all my images and my account. Can you help me?
It depends. If you are new to 3D and didn't know about copyrights and IP then I might. However if you know it's wrong then I'll have no sympthay and nor will anyone else. Stealing poser models is no different from shoplifting.
Can I use your models and freebies as a base for my own stuff and sell it?
It varies. For products and most freebies it would be a big no-no. But some freebies do allow that. However if anyone asks for permission I'm reasonably flexible.
Is it true that you've closed down sharing sites/blogs and had stolen products removed from stores?
Yep. Working with hosting companies, ISP'S, IP holders and other stores I'm pleased to say sites like iurban and thieves like darkwingzero have been nobbled.
Is it true that all UK business must display their name address and phone number on their website?
Partly. EU guidelines state they must, however as a sole trader this conflicts with EU privacy laws.
Therefore this information is not posted here but can be obtained by emailing me and stating why you need it.
Whats this all cookie stuff in the EU? - NEW
Mine is I quite like those new rhubarb ones from Tesco's:)
Seriously though the only cookies you'll find here are the ones PayPal might set.
Theres also no trackers, beacons or other spy-like stuff, just a standard stats package. Plus you won't find any adwords or banners either.
I've bought one of your models, can I give a copy to my mate?
Nope, your purchase is your purchase. Plus I keep prices low so theres no need to share anything.
Can your models be used in my movie or comic book?
Yep, once you've paid for a product, it can be used in any commerical or non-commerical project you like. Though some fan art inspired freebies do have commonsense non commerical terms, so always read the readme files 1st.
Remember any useage on fan arts items is your SOLE responsibility, not mine.
What about the Distance Selling Regulations?
Digital downloads and 3d models are treated as software, which makes them an exempted category under the terms of the DSR. Therefore the usual cooling off period, as found with physical goods, isn't applicable.
Can I sell stuff here?
Possibly, please contact me to discuss this. That's because the full micro-brokerage service the site originally offered is no longer running. Instead I've decided to work with other artists on a more personal one to one basis.
Submiting stuff to the Gallery
Do you accept submissions to your gallery?
Yep, as long as you apply a commonsense approach to what you submit.
Generally speaking I'd accept what most general online 3d gallerys will, however if I feel it's too extreme or too rude I won't accept it.
For example, I wouldn't accept stuff like Mapplethorpe, but would be cool with Frazetta, Giger, McGill or Beryl Cook.
How do I send you pictures?
Just email them to one of the addresses shown above, with the subject line "Gallery Submissions".
All images must be .GIF or .JPG. No wider than 600 pixels (any height you like) because of the sites design.
Also don't forget to say what name you'd like to give your gallery.
