 How do you buy stuff here? Easily! Find the items you'd like to buy, click the buy it now button and follow the instructions. Or add it to the cart, and when your ready, click checkout. You'll see the name "mrsparky2@yahoo.com" on the payment page, don't worry he's the authorised payment processor for the store Once the PayPal process is completed, you'll get an email with a download link. How I do download? Once the PayPal process is completed, you'll get an email with download link(s). Click on the link to download the file. How long does the email take to arrive ? The email should arrive with a few minutes of your order. If the email hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, or you think theres a problem, let us know ASAP and we'll send your order out personally. How can I contact you? sales@poserdirect.com or mrsparky2@yahoo.com How long do mannually processed orders take? Usually very quickly, we operate from 8m to 1-2am GMT (UK). With mannual orders wby did I get 2 or 3 emails with links? If we see your host is blocking mails, we use alternate addresses to ensure you always get your stuff. Wby did I get links without asking? If we think there might be a problem, we'll always send the links mannually. Usually it turns out theres no issue, but we like to make sure. Do you know what causes the problem with missing emails? Yes, there are two main problems. The first is anti-spam filters, especially with Hotmail. The second is PayPal. With E-Cheques, and some debit and credit cards, Paypal will flag the transaction as 'pending'. This means PayPal doesn't send out the technical information needed by the websites product delivery script. So if the shop doesn't receive the order, it can't send anything. Can I avoid this problem ? Yes, we've found for some strange reason that single item orders don't fail as often as multiple ones. So if you need something ASAP, order just that 1 item, then come back for the others. Do other stores have this problem? Yes, all stores have this problem. My dog ate my hard drive can I get another download? Sure and it's free. Just tell us what you purchased, or what email address you used and we'll send you another download email. Sending a copy of the Paypal transaction is the easiest way. I can't use PayPal - can I pay in other ways? We understand that for some folks PayPal isn't an option, so if you'd like to pay using a different method please contact us. Please note we can't accept non UK cheques, or non UK bank transfers, due to banking rules. I asked a question in another sites forum, why haven't you replied? While we frequent lots of places, and don't mind answering questions anywhere, we can't cover all the forums and might miss your comments. For the quickest response, it's best to contact us directly. Who provides support? We provide help with the store, the creator of a product provides support for their stuff. That's because they are the experts and will know more about a product than we ever can. What's the deal on refunds? We look at each situation individually. For example broken stuff would be an automatic refund. But we wouldn't give refunds if you bought something for Vue and it didn't work in Poser, that's because each product is carefully labelled, so please check what version before hitting the pay now button. Why is some stuff here sold at other stores at different prices? We belive in choice, so we sell stuff at various places. As different stores have different seller rates, and may charge for some things, prices at other stores might reflect that. Plus purchases made here show your support directly for an artist. I've found a copyright/trademark infringement, what should I do? If it's a pirated file, a bit of artwork in the gallery or an infringing product. Please contact us ASAP. Most 3d artists don't ask for a great deal in return for their creations, and we like to support honest artists and bite the bottoms of those that don't. What's your Data Protection Policy? We don't hold personal data, the only information we hold is your email address and what you purchased. We hate spam as well, so we won't sell or share your address.
